The aims of the course are: - introduction to genearal toxicology, mechanisms of action of toxic agents and different classes of drugs
- to study the basic mechanism chracterising toxic effect
- toxic effects of drugs and other chemicals against principals target body organs
At the end students shoul be able to know molecular mechanims of toxic effects, organ toxicity induced by chemicals and/or drugs, toxicity tests.
